Governance

Legal, privacy and responsible gaming

The policies that govern how we handle client information, maintain impartiality as an assessment body, and support player protection.

Privacy notice

International Gaming Standards, LLC collects only the information needed to scope, deliver and evidence an assessment engagement: the contact details you submit through this website, and the technical artefacts your team provides during testing.

Enquiry details submitted through the contact form are used to respond to your request and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Assessment artefacts — source builds, RNG seeds, log extracts and payout records — are held under the confidentiality terms of the engagement letter and retained only for the period required to support the certificate they underpin.

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by writing to info@intlgaming.biz.

Terms of engagement

All testing, certification and consulting work is performed under a written engagement letter that defines the scope of assessment, the edition of the IGS Control Compliance Standard applied, the deliverables, and the fee basis.

A certificate attests only to the scope stated on its face, as assessed at the date of issue against the referenced standard edition. It is not a warranty of future performance, a guarantee of regulatory approval in any jurisdiction, or a licence to operate.

Certificates remain the property of IGS, may not be altered or reproduced in part, and may be suspended or withdrawn where the certified scope changes materially or where evidence provided is found to be inaccurate.

Impartiality and conflicts of interest

IGS does not hold an ownership interest in any operator, platform provider or game studio it assesses, and does not accept fees contingent on the outcome of an assessment.

Consulting and certification work on the same scope is separated: personnel who deliver remediation advice do not sign the certification decision for that scope. Assessors declare any prior relationship with a client before an engagement opens, and the IGS Standards Committee reviews declared conflicts.

Complaints about an assessment, an assessor, or a certificate decision can be raised at info@intlgaming.biz and are reviewed independently of the engagement team.

Responsible gaming

Game integrity and player protection are inseparable. Our assessments examine whether declared return-to-player figures are truthful, whether outcomes are genuinely random, and whether player balances are accounted for correctly — the controls players rely on most.

IGS does not operate gaming platforms and does not accept wagers. If gambling is causing harm to you or someone you know, free confidential help is available in the United States through the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700.
